Information About Us
We are registered in England and Wales under company number 09268011 and our registered office is 131 Gordon Road, Ilford, Essex, IG1 2XT, trading at 276 Kingston Road, Ilford, Essex, IG1 1PQ.
All our clients’ information is taken confidentiality. Once payment has been agreed, a 50% deposit will be required via Bank transfer before going ahead.
After deposit has been made, your project will be secured and we will keep you up-to-date with the progress. We aim to complete your website ensuring we have all the required information. Once you are happy with; the build, design and functionality, final payment is required before your product is released.
Domain & Hosting Plan
If you are hosting with us (which can include a domain), an Online Secure Payment System (SSL) will be used, to take yearly or monthly payments for your plan. We accept all types of credit and debit cards. We may ask you to transfer the yearly payment via bank transfer or yearly/monthly payments via direct debit. Failing to pay within 30 days of your renewal, we will terminate your plan which will stop your website, domain(s) and email(s).
Any updates in the future are subject to a further charge, (you do get some revisions as part of your package).
100% deposit will be required via Bank transfer before going ahead. We will proceed with your artwork with few revisions. Once your satisfied with the design, we will provide you high definition quality with the format PDF & JPG.
The first procedure is to verify the artwork, quality of the artwork and the bleeds of the artwork before printing. You as a user will need to verify all the information on the design as we are not liable for any error during the printing. Once printing has initiated, cancellation will not be possible.
Please allow 3 – 5 days for your product to be delivered to your business address, unless specified. Once delivery process has initiated, cancellation will not be possible.
If you decide to terminate the project, depending on the work that has been carried out, you may/may not be able to receive a full or part refund of your deposit. Please ensure you let us know in advance to avoid disappointment.
